I'd recommend The Office, Anna Exciting Affection and The Office Wife (RPGM version)/The Office Wife (unofficial Ren'Py version) if you haven't played them. I also started playing Pandora's Box recently and it seems like it also has secretary/assistant theme.
There's also Fashion Business game where MC can work in an office but not as a secretary or assistant but as a photo model (at least in Episode 2). The game's kind of grindy, though.
