i know there is a small chance something like this exist but i wanted to check,
do you guys know any tool to turn CG into short videos like a5 seconds loop,
i know there are some but the cost a lot , i want one that is free and i can you on my laptop.

AI / Free / Laptop : you can only pick 2 out of the 3

AI + Free : you can run a stable diffusion model locally on your computer, check out subreddits for CivitAi and Comfyui for more info, but it requires a powerful GPU so your laptop probably isn't going to cut it

AI + Laptop : if you don't want to upgrade hardware, you can basically go on the website runpod.io to rent a gpu and generate your videos through cloud computing, but it's not free (although it is much much cheaper than buying a powerful new computer)

Free + Laptop : If you only want to stick to what you have for free, you can use live2d or after effects to animate , and you will probably get better results than ai animation anyway...
