I'd like to define it as beast vs humanoid,

Ex: Humanoid (Not beast/beastlike/Furry)
-Goblin
-Werewolf
-Things that can be defined or related to (Beast)-Man

Ex: Beast
Simply animated mobile living thing that's not tentacles
-Worm
-Insects
-Canine
-etc etc animals

yeah, that's pretty much my definition too, 4 legs vs 2 pretty much.

It's confusing that human/monster and human/animal are both called "bestiality". Is there really no verbalism to distinguish between those?
Technically, every game you see with a bestiality tag and the content is monsters is incorrectly tagged, and you should report it so mods can fix it by removing the tag if you're sure no actual bestiality content happens.

What constitutes an animal versus a monster is where the line gets blurry, is a mystical wolf that's fully sentient and capable of speech an animal, a monster, or a furry? Is a werewolf that's fully feral and acts like a proper animal an animal or a furry? We work with what we get, but for now, furries (anthropomorphic/ized animals) and monsters (things not based on animals or animal equivalents) are both not classed as bestiality.
