It's a game I played years ago and haven't been able to find since. It involved you in college with a girl who had some monster parts including frog feet. You basically played a fighting game with her in exchange for dares that'd get lewd at a certain point, even at one point requesting a foot job. Unfortunately, I don't remember much else, but hope that's something to go off of.
