This only happens if you used the update patch. I would recommend downloading the full game.
If you really want to use the update patch you should only extract the "game" folder (then the mod will work). Some files in the renpy and lib folder are different in the update patch.

Okay. I've attached a special mod version to this post which will work on patched 0.51.

Same for me (ie, not working). I d/l and unpacked the 0.55 version of the game today. I have not previously played this game, btw. Looking through the thread I found three examples of the Cheat Mod (534446_0x52_cheats_Betrayed, 534448_0x52_cheats_Betrayed, and 586377_0x52_cheats). None of the three have any effect on the game. No error messages are shown, there's just not any menu that I can find.

Is there an activation trigger (key combo?).

Alrighty. The log.txt file does not contain any reference to "0x52".

The file seems to be in the proper location

You're using an old mod. Please delete the file "0x52_cheats.rpyc" and grab the one from the first post.
If it still doesn't work, please check the log again.

You (or someone else) would have to compile the game for Adroid including the mod.
