I really want to like this game, because it seems to be a labour of love and there are some well-implemented ideas here. But there are also a few things that make it incredibly frustrating to play.

First, the performance issues. It doesn't seem to affect everyone, but judging by the comments here, I'm not the only one who's experienced this either. The framerate is abysmal, hovering around 20 fps most of the time and dropping below 10 after loading a save. I may not have the most powerful system in the world, but it shouldn't have any trouble running an RPGM game. Oddly enough, it's not using a huge amount of memory, either. Maybe it should be using more?

Second, the looong, slooow dialogue that often leads directly into a fight with no chance to save in between. Odds are, you'll lose that fight the first time, because every one is a puzzle that you need the right equipment and consumables to solve. Sometimes, losing leads to a game-over and sometimes it doesn't, but you're often better off reloading anyway, so you get back the resources you wasted during the attempt.

Third, the fact that some materials are far too rare, given how many of them you need. You'll be drowning in wood and iron ore, but still desparately looking for rocks to build with, because they never seem to respawn (unlike the rocks you use as ammo).

There are a few other things that I found annoying, like the low level cap, the tiny inventory limit for consumables and the fact that your character misses so often, but those are subjective. There's still a lot to like about this game, and I hope it does well enough for the developer to make another one. However, I also hope that any future game will be better optimised, and contain a lot fewer ellipses and a lot more porn.

How the fuck do you defeat that fricking dragon?
Thanks to healing item carry limitation and RNG (mainly for interrupting charged attacks) my MC only manages to get her HP into the critical levels before being done in

EDIT: OK finally RNG God and Jesus were with me... no other way to win than hope you can take out the head before it actually manages to fire off one of it's charged attacks... the tail need to be taken out after the head, but that one doesn't really do much damage with _Iron gear

keep leveling in fights against the ducks in the east and rabbits dureing the day... also try to craft any equipment possible.
The game doesn't really gives you any directions how to proceed but it's mainly level grinding and equipment forgeing.
For Iron you need to defeat a bear in the caves for ropes you need to defeat giant spiders

Equip the swimming swuit and talk to her in the bath.
For the samples use the swimming swuit again to swim further west through the muddy lake infront of the cave
For the second also equip the witchs amulet (accessory) and swim through the green lake in the mine
Talk to the girls in the prison after defeating the 2 bosses

Find the plane, defeat the wolf girl she will come back to hand you the key once you defeated the snake aswell
Have you upgraded the house? with the 2nd upgrade you can forge equipment that allow you to tank fire damage

Why is the FPS on this thing so bad? It's a RPGmaker game. I can run much more impressive things on this PC just fine. Anyone have any ideas?

The smithy is for House Level 3 but yeah... in the end I managed, but both her charge attacks deal more than 70 dmg, one has a good chance of destroying your shield the other one is a double attack.
You are dead after either most likely.
The only chance I had is when she tried and failed to bust my shield as her only attempt before I got her head out of the picture... I admit I saved the small bomb thinking there might still e a hidden vault somewhere in that vulcano (SPOILER there is not you can savely use the bomb in that fight to make things easier.)

Snyc FPS to Monitor activated in the menu?
aside that most RPGM games don't support Graphic chips as supporter

I have not ever had any issues with any other RPGM game. I have dozens of them on my PC and they all work just fine. Where as this thing literally runs in single digit FPS for me.

Check the Options... there are only few RPGM games that actually employ FPS sync to my knowledge

There is no such option in the in game options menu.

Also, the game FPS is fine in the menus but if I go into the actual game it sinks to single digit FPS immediately.

Also, the debug.log is full of messages saying: Settings version is not 1
No idea what's that about.

Ah mixed it up with showing FPS it seems, still some games offer the Option.
not sure what esle it could be other than not useing full hardware support.
Haveing a slow HDD could also factor I gues

What ever it is, if this game is the only one giving me problems and I have basically half of this site downloaded and playing without issue I'd say it's not me. At least not directly.

fighting the dragon seams impossible because unless u really grind up your stats and if your not strong enough you get swept by its volcanic moves you at least need the steel equipment
