just started the dl from workupload so might be something on your end or the site may have temp been down

Have you tried downloading and installing the gothic font? Providing the game what it is missing when it complains is generally the way to go.

oh I already know what's wrong thank you for replying, it seems that I accidentally delete RPGM VXace run time packaged.
I tried downloading the font then it pop up a bunch of other errors so I already suspected it was the RTP
