Have you tried downloading and installing the gothic font? Providing the game what it is missing when it complains is generally the way to go.

oh I already know what's wrong thank you for replying, it seems that I accidentally delete RPGM VXace run time packaged.
I tried downloading the font then it pop up a bunch of other errors so I already suspected it was the RTP
