Last post on their itch page was 133 days ago. They've got some website with a "members area" so the radio silence anywhere people could see it seems to be on hold at best.

So he didn't stick to his deadline to release a new version by the end of this month and even removed the post with the deadline. Seriously how hard is it to make an RPGM game thats mainly gonna focus on teasing only anyway.
