It is possible that you have pressed or used "O" alphabet or even using console (shift+O)

One of the Mod feature is:
"O" key will hide only the clothing while the UI is still active.

Pressing "O" again should show the clothing layer.

It is also mentioned in the settings/preferences menu. (Right bottom)
They were naked right from the start without hitting any of the keys from the keyboard and I think it only happens after renaming the MC at the very beginning. However, yes you are right in that either pressing O or H afterwards did put the clothes back.

I will have a check in the code as well and try to replicate your scenario.

Could you specify which name you assigned to MC?

Seems that any derivation of "Dracco" causes it to happen no matter how many letters go after it. At first I thought maybe it was just name length, but every name I tried that at least 6 chars long had no effect. So somehow using Dracco or longer causes it to happen.

Now, we have an "O" in Dracco :coffee:
That triggers the clothing OFF.

As the Mod is activated the moment the game is on, using O in any form - would activate the option to hide the clothing!
Maybe if you use double "O"s - it could toggle back to clothing ON.. i wonder!
