should be from a mod. new version has 1080 decrypted pictures, if you have more then they are from a mod.

to use the images from the mod, you have to encrypt the orginal (jpg, png) images with the new ImageTool to .img files and place them in the Images folder

yes, you are right... tested this with fresh downloads.... chancer mod has 51 fan-art-pics added... these pics are possible to decrypt with your version 2.0... and the BB-Dir has to be a version lesser than 0.8 for working

final testing... original pics (1080) decrypted with version 3.10 (all perfect), fan-art pic (51) decrypted with version 2.0... (new dir)... afterwards encrypted fan-art-pics with version 3.10 into game-dir-images... so chancer mod is working with fan-art-pics, also in version 8.0 BB

Big Brother Image Tools v0.3.1.0 for BigBrother (currently 0.8.0.005)

The functions of the ImageDecrypter and the ImageEncrypter are combined in one program.
The program decrypts the image files with the .img extension to .jpg files.
It also encrypts *.png and *.jpg files to *.img files.
You can replace existing images or add completly new images.
Keep in mind the images must have the resolution 1920x1080
A further function is to load, modify and save the *.dat files of Big Brother.

Usage

• Read the readme.txt in the archive

Warning
If you modify the *.dat files make a backup of these files.
Changes in these files can make the game crash.

You should run it from images foder, not from bb root folder

No, the Imagetools.exe should be in the root directory and then you choose in the program the input and output folder, e.g.
....\Big Brother 0.8.0.005\Images and ...\Big Brother 0.8.0.005\decryptedImages
