After Showering in the morning, between when she would normally be getting dressed for work and her and Kira at the pool.
I figured it out. The problem was that I had to successfully massage Alice a few times first.
This game/mod needs a guide tho. A lot of quests are stuck and can't be done unless you complete other quests. Also some are triggered by time, but thats something you can't know beforehand.
Couldnt figure out how to progress any of the Eric related questlines so I had to get rid of him.'I was also hard stuck in the party girl questline, the alcohol/candy insight never triggered. Had to use the cheatcommand for that one.

Use the guide from the original BB for the first half of the game. And be careful with cheats.

To get an answer to the question posed, you need to ask it correctly. At what stage are you stuck?
There is no guide, the FAQ clearly states this.
No translation? No settings ingame to change language, despite the link to Patreon in English.

YOU are killing me... What Patreon? Excuse me, can you read? And the description specifically says in blue how to change the language. Press "L" in the game to switch language.
