Achievement 173 and 174, as per code it acts like Step 1 and Step 2 of a scene.
I think first time you will get 1 achievement. And you need to do the same scene again to complete the next one.

It depends on your Mobile security update/version.
If you're running latest version of Android, you have to connect your mobile to PC/Laptop.

If you have questions about the gameplay elements, it is better to ask in each of the Main game's thread, as more people will share their opinions and suggestions.
Remember, playing a Ren'py game in Android (less than 7-inch screen) is always a problem - the buttons are too small to click and options to select can get miss-clicked. Also, you cannot use "Console" to type commands to cheat.
At the current state, the 'Remake Story" story gives you more game time and lots of story scenes.
It is a bonus, if you enjoy NTR content along with Max participating in the scene with Eric.
so, i would recommend Remake Story for now. (until the other BB Rebuild version reaches atleast 0.05 or so..)
This Mod thread is for the Remake Story to unlock/view all the Achievements and Money cheat.
