Well, the game is pretty much a grind until the latest version and probably will be until it's finished (the mom porn route for example in version 0.7 is pretty time-consuming), so I'm not quite sure which grind you are trying to avoid, but I found a save called "Eric Wallet" that might work for you. Like the name suggests, it's right before confroning Eric about his wallet. Also, if you're not doing that already, I highly recommend using a mod to increase your stats and money. The game becomes a lot less grindy that way.

Here. You have to go to the pool immediately and do the movie with Mom/Kira. Then, the next morning, do yoga and ask Mom to go topless, then Lisa will show up. (save 10)
If you continue playing and do the new Blog with Alice, Lisa will catch them too. That's actually pretty funny.
This is also a perfect save for 0.7. Nothing interesting has happened, because i didn't know how to do continue the blog opportunity with Alice, but I already did the annoying grind that leads to the porn movie with Mom/Kira.

That's the first visit by Kira. Eric is only being blackmailed though, but you can use the laptop to call his enemies.

Lisa - gf, Kira will come to teach hand job (Start of teaching lisa);
Eric - is ded by Kates mom or starts quest on big weed and fucking Alisa on camera;
Mother - Kira tell mom about tunnel syndrome, mom starts to hand job Max;
Alisa - end of webcam route (Max can join to alisa whlie she sit on her site)
Kate - offer max to join her and Alise for giving small weed.

Is anyone of this 4 saves one of olivia route because they have no descriptions, or are they only saves on olivia gf route ?
I downloaded the file of Olivia path but can't get the scene with Olivia and Lisa. Is it a one time only? Can anyone provide the save where the scene happens? Thanks!
