If I remember right when I originally played this mod way back before I disagreed with the direction the Dev took the mod.
And before he stopped working on it and before he then started working on it again.
Prosuming he didn't change it's way of the mod starting.
Then believe it still comes into effect just before the original game ends.

I just started the mod. How do I get more BDSM lessons from Alice? Also, can't seem to progress the "new movie" quest. Said to talk to mom on Sunday.
