There is something bothering me in the 0.6 Walkthough...

Aunt Kira͛s story is pretty straight forward. Talk to her every day after breakfast and the
story will progress.
IF YOU WANT TO GO KATE͛S MOMS͛ ROUTE THEN YOU HAVE TO UNTIE HER

I DID NOT untie her and still kicked Eric out with the help of Kates mom...(Version 0.5).
Or is Kates moms route something else? Didn't play 0.6 yet. (So has something changed regarding Kates mom?)

I think it is just a route to get Eric out. Also i understand that in the future Kates mom will blackmail you with this and something will go on

wait for him and Ann approach you about wallet and then give him money.

Hi there I'm using 0.6.0.010 and I don't know how to get rid of Eric completely, the walkthrough mentions a part in which you talk to your aunt Kira about "gettin rid of him once and for all".

Now I've advanced to the point of having both the wallet with his fake ID and the picture, I USED the picture to make him stop using my aunt but still no conversation topics arises about getting rid of him (I've waited weeks after the potency pill thing)... only next thing is Kate coming home and you talking and unlocking massages and stuff, but not getting rid of Eric. The walkthough isn't very specific.

These scenes are available only in Lisa as GF route....
after you finish training with aunt kira and Lisa (anal scenes in room) there will a talk option to ask aunt Kira to allow you to practice alone with Lisa...
after that you can give Lisa a surprise anal when she does the dishes in the evening

girlfriend route and friend with Eric: but I don't see this scene for the moment, I don't have dialogue with Kira to stop training. I do bathroom event morning and evening. Max and Lisa have be caught by mom in morning too...
Is it necessary to be war with eric do have this ?

first you steal erik's wallet then suggest to pay him 14k then wait for erik and ann to come to you for payment(gives you option to pay or not pay which would game over.) did you pay erik after stealing his wallet?

You have to go talk to your elder sister to put them in the food (if Eric's influence isn't too high, of course). And since she's such a lovely person, she does it for free. Nah, just kidding, she asks money for it. But to be honest, that doesn't really do a lot, only stops your mom from having sex with Eric for the evening. In any other game, this would open a dialogue option, but not here of course. It's just a repeatable prank, not an opportunity.
