The game is on hold and may never be completed so to many of us have lost interest in the game to do a walkthrough.
By cheating money and stats at the beginning of the game you have broken it and you will not be able to go on from here.
The number 1 thing you did that broke your game was to get rid of Eric before you did sensual massage on Alice because now Alice no longer sunbath by the pool.
The number 2 thing you did was not do any of the on line courses and just cheated the stats.
Number 3 thing you did wrong was not doing the on line course because there are triggers that needed to go off and you did not do them.
Sorry the game is broken and you will need to restart, do not cheat stats until you get them up to 100 points because to many triggers need to go off and they all go off in the 1st 100 points.
You are very close to all the content your going to get because you went with Olivia as your GF, Olivia content ended in v.10 and all new content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 is all for Lisa GF routes.

You might as well stop now anyway because Olivia GF route ended at v.10 and all new content for v.11, v.12 and v.13 are only for the Lisa GF routes.

Just keep trying ever Monday and Thursday after she comes home and you will get back in there.

how to proceed to sleep next to mom in her bed
i think im stuck after the mom went to checkup with him
the doctor says i have to go every after 3 days
and the scenes where to watch with mom,and peek and undress, etc keeps repeating
and when i went to sleep in moms bed she says get out im stuck here

You never get to sleep in her bed you will only get a BJ or HJ and she tells you to leave and sleep in your own bed.
You chose the Lisa GF path with yoga and every morning at 7 am you can do yoga with her.
I'm stuck with both Blog and Arachnophobia.
In Blog . I can fuck Alice and get BJ while blogging.

I followed it and it appeared after 2 weeks with out Kira. You should check it out.

Who is your GF Lisa or Olivia?
As of v.13 about 90%.
You must have Lisa as your GF and work on all open quests.

By breaking the rules she set when you agreed not to have sex without her and then talking to her at 10pm in livingroom should trigger it
My Question: Mom hasn't started her Job.. (New Job) it's literally been weeks if not months now of grinding everything else. She lets me in her room for HJ or BJ and we can watch movie with HJ and BJ although recently she seems to get me finished with just HJ. Only dialogue i get with Kira is for her to join me and Lisa for SexED. Lisa is my GF and I'm currently dating olivia i.e helping her with homework. What am I missing for moms job to trigger? Can someone continue the game "Lovely Guests" like they did with "Big Brother"? Its simple Ren'py game no need for animations, something like "Anna Excitement Affection" from RPG was made into Ren'py. Its from Perv2k16!
