Edit: Well, the solution its using a "mod"(remplazing or adding mod.txt).
As I'm actually using a mod, I opened mod.txt file lookup for "liza" using the search function or look up for the last "option" on the cheat menu if you have one...in my case was "Lower Eric's Domination", so after that I added this line...

poss.sg<4&cheatmenu.lisa!set_poss.sg_4^<color=lime>Fix Homework Bug</color>

Its important to add it after the last option and before the end of the cheat menu -> cheatmenu^<i>Back</i>

Save your mod.txt, get in game open the cheat menu choose the option fix homework, homework fixed. (I think in my case worked cause my mod was based on the original cheatmenu mod of Ikarumod, not sure tho, you can try anyway, remember to do a backup of your previous mod.txt file just in case..)

For now.. homework bug its fixed, I have to play the game now to check if its have been fixed the error "I cant watch the porn movie with Aunt Kira and Mom"..
