If you can't follow simple instructions then I can not help you.
You need to do dishes for both and help Lisa with homework without error and maybe have to give Alice some money to get it maxed out then just doing her dishes everyday without fail or you will have to pay more money to her.

That is your problem then all content ended in v.10 for the Olivia GF path and to get all the newer content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 is only on the Lisa GF path's.

Who is Max's girlfriend, if Olivia then you are done with the game and if its Lisa then your problem has something to do with Lisa's mentor quest.
To understand your problem need more info.

Try this, for 3 weeks be nothing but nice to Lisa by doing her dishes and helping with homework without errors.
Every day when she is alone in the bedroom go there and see if new convo shows up. MAKE SURE YOU DO YOGA EVERYDAY.

If nothing changes for the 3 weeks then your game is broken by you bypassing the trigger for Lisa's mentor quest by working on only Alice's and Ann's quest, you must work on """ALL""" open quest at the same time or you can break your game.

If you did what I said to do for 3 weeks and it still wont progress then yes your game is broken and you need to restart again.

This time work on all quest at the same time but don't start Lisa's sex-ed training until you get the pic of Eric peeping at Alice, then you can start sex-ed for Lisa and tell Eric to go fuck himself.
