Yes the triggers did not go off so that means you must have cheated and you can still get them to go off but you will need to do them before you get rid of Eric.

Cheating stats bypass the trigger points in the game so they do not go off.
Cheating with your family does not allow the triggers to go off.

Alice, getting her spanked 1 time in the beginning of the game is a trigger. (I forgot what it triggers but it is a trigger.)
Lisa, getting her spanked 1 time allows 2 triggers to go off, 1 do her homework without error 6 times gets 1 relationship point and 2 allows for the convo about the candies that you need to give to Alice on Friday's.

All 4 on line courses have trigger points that go off for other quest.

Only thing you want to cheat is money to make sure you get the clothes before Eric does, after this you should not cheat until you reach 100 points in the skill because all trigger points are within the first 100 points.

You can get BJ form every one in lounge.. but not Lisa (now second guessing Ann)
For Lisa Anal it after getting home work form Kira.
Alice can (mood relationship) for getting caught with weed instead of reg smoke
Also will reward you for have Ann ok with Kate being over more often.
I THINK Ann will during side effects, but its coin flip between quick handy, or incomplete oral.

All but the first are random I believe. Mom might have to catch Alice first befor Alice catches Mom (or vice versa), but don't think I did anything to trigger those.

Damn, never was lucky with random. The only scenes I get are those with Alice or Max going down on the other and Mom making sure Lisa doesn't see them. Text doesn't change anymore, so I guess I should be able to get new stuff but no. No Alice interrupting Mom and Max, no Mom interrupting double punishment, and no Mom sitting next to Alice while Max is going down on her.

The image is from an early chocolate event, but its pre Kira, Need to talk to Lisa, who will tell the secret, then order box of choc, then give to her before going out, once again, real early, Lots of luck needed, (30% chance to learn from Lisa without cheats)

(I am sure you are mean Alice BTW) Once you progress far enough that you can do punishments for mom, and then get "I will do it after dinner" Its further down the road, just talk to Mom under "I know what I want" when it starts to appear.

Depending on where you are at (meaning Eric) He may be blocking you, Mood an relation will help get you there, If you are getting the 3 am kiss form Kira it almost always goes to a morning "are you ready" conversation from Lisa. Then 4 or 5 "she liked your kiss" to further that along.

To punish Kate you have to get Alice punished at breakfast on the day Kate visits and say that you will punish Alice in the evening. On the same day you visit Kate and Alice in Alice's room and than Alice will say that Kate will take her place in punishment. I'm not sure if Alice has to be in good mood or not.

I already got rid of Eric, Mood is awesome and relation is friend. Kiss skill already over 15, but the "are you ready" conversion from Lisa does not show up.
Is it possible the trigger condition is different in v0.11??

Are you paying Ann the $500 every Monday? Apparently that is required. Also, everyone's mood has to be at max and you must not do the massage with Ann before 9pm on that day.
