As a counter point, Eric is intended to be what he is. Some one that will always have the upper hand, forcing you to remove him. The fact that he is disliked is actually a tribute to Dark Silver for creating a good antagonist.

I am currently running with my own theory that there is a bigger, and worse Person behind the whole thing. And after we get a big happy ending, the rug will be pulled out from under us, leading to a part 2.

The first three are random. Just keep doing those events and hope to get caught eventually. The last one should be triggered after going to the clinic alone a few times. Eve will mention bringing a girlfriend or something similar.
