Hey. I just went through a new game and i'm sure i found a trigger for Alice footmassage.
Before you watsh the "21pm on Friday" movie with Ann and Kira Alice offers only a regular footmassage.
After she walks in on you and you go back to her in the lounge you now have the option to either ask about Kate or to try and persuade her for a BJ. So it's after second movie and i haven't yet started movie 3. Cheers

EDIT - And first naked in apron picture of Ann in kitchen happened right after movie 3. I did nothing to trigger it at all. It just RNG happened first morning after movie 3.

You can only enter there on Monday and Thursday night at 00:00.

On the topic of what locks people out from moms room i did notice that after this option i could either enter her room or not at all depending on what answer i choose.

If i ask about the Movie the option to ask about Kira is gone and it doesn't come back. Locked out..
If i ask about Kira the movie option goes away but only temporaily. It's back the next day.
No lock out and i can visit moms room everyday att 00-03am. Repeating this till she finally offers a BJ.

You watch tv with Alice it has the option to give her a massage if you have done the on line course but her mood and Max authority needs to be high for it.

I just went throught the hole Sitdown and spanking RNG events again. This time i managed to get it all done with no trouble at all. I used all prevoius knowledge and here are my resaults.

Mom Catsh Alice & Max in lounge - 1, 2, 3, 8

The numbers represent the order the catsh happend.
The key numbers are 5 and 8. Thats when they sit down on the couch and have a talk. The other times they just talk, and walk away.
This is why i like to refer to this as the "Sitdown" event. Both sitdowns happen only once, but Mom catshing Alice spank Max and Lisa can be repeated more then the 2 required to complete the event.
