You can only visit Kate & Alice once a week. Everytime you can either fuck her pusssy, her ass or have her give you a blowjob. Never all 3 the same night. It requires you to have visit them like 4-5 times before all options are available. You know you are done when you enter the room and have a choice of going down on Alice or letting Kate go down on Alice.

Basically im doing just that. Keep going but still just getting one hole.
