I started a new game but it's not right
I finished version v13 2 times but I can not get private punishment for max
I do not know what else to do

You have to tell mom in the "I know what I want" convo that she can spank Max again and then pay mom for private spanking.I've tried many times in many ways but I can not enable this content

The Yoga path is only unlocked if you chose the girlfriend path I think. At least it is locked out on the jewelry path.
Also, if you are too late in the game to have Max get caught peeping, you can still get punished by screwing up Lisa's homework and then taking the blame for it.

Some how or another threw mods or save editor you have both Lisa and Olivia as your full GF's and its not possible in v.13.
Please take this to the mod page or the save game editor page for help.

So i can fuck Ann everywhere... well almost everywhere:
(Yoga at the pool 07:00 AM, Lounge 08:00 AM, Bathroom 20:00 PM, Lounge 21:00 PM, Ann's Room 22:00 or 23:00 PM after work 00:00 AM midnight cannot be fucked its the same, massage same. Can be catched by Alice sometimes in Lounge 21:00 PM - Choice fuck them Both or Alice will watch, Catched by Alice in Bathroom 20:00 PM will intrerrupt, Catched in Lounge 08:00 AM by Alice will watch, by Lisa will interrupt, with Kira everything same not tried all options though i think, Clinic same, web streaming same - Choice Alice or Lisa, Spider at night same, Friday 03:00 AM from Alice Bathroom BJ or HJ same, Lounge 20:00 PM Lisa Anal same, BJ lesson Ann & Lisa same, Alice Lounge 22:00 PM same, Lisa 00:00 AM Midnight or after Midnight same, Ann when goes to sleep entering her room same, pretty much that's it so v0.13 finished or maybe i missed something? For someone who thinks or knows finished the game for sure pls read and give a thought pls Tnx!

Sorry to bother but how do I unlock weed quest ? I unlocked cunning plan and other stuff but weed quest.

Keep peeping on Kate and Alice at 01:00. Then talk to Kate at pool 02:00. She will eventually ask you to get some weed.
hmmm denying Ann every night after work but yet to get beyond that.... must've missed something. ..

If you can fuck Ann in 5 places and get interupted in most of them by Lisa or Alice and all content from v12 is the same as before... Your Done
Contratulations!After you deny her a few times don't forget to also go to talk to her at 22:00 in her room. I had this trigger on Fridays but i'm sure it can happen on other days of the week as well.

You spy on Alice at 1 am when Kate is there then talk to Kate at the pool at 2 am, takes a few times to do but it will get there.

Hey. I just wanted to say that taking a GF to Eve is not what starts the v13 content as you say in the walkthrough.
I have a save here from latest playthrough and i have not yet been to Clinic with Alice because the question have not been asked by Eve yet. Still i'm already halfway through the Lisa Sex-ed part and mom has already agreed to take up Kiras offer on the new Job. After i had all v12 done what started everything was Lisa asking me to talk to Ann and this must happen at 22:00 in her room. After that the Lisa sex-ed triggerd and so far i've seen no blocks from not having Alice join the Clinic.
