If there's no pills until v1 then how do you progress through the side effect quest? What's the trigger? I haven't even been to the doctor yet and it's been about two months in game since the fourth movie. I figured I'd get the pill at some point and it would backfire, sending me to the clinic.

you need to trigger sleeping with Mom first then finish it until she cant make you cum. Also the part in the couch where you watch erotica/porn together until she cant make you cum again. The thread listing the opportunities helped, but it stops at v.9. I finally found the trigger for changing roles, but the opportunity list says that's now completed after like five scenes. Anyway, thanks for the help. I guess I have to find the trigger for sleeping with mom. I'm getting the hand jobs in shower morning and night, after massage, and in her room from 0000 to 0300. I think the catch part with alice would be in v.12. The mini walkthrough was posted on page 1. You need to sleep on mom`s bed. I got to sleep on mom`s bed when I talked to Aunt about it and Aunt will go back to the couch. Sorry I think I`m also forgetting something but that`s what I remember that I did.

Has anyone got an up to date walkthrough, cuz we're on version 0.13 and the walkthrough only goes up to .09
No real walkthrough, no. On the first page of this thread there are mini walkthroughs, but they are often vague and boil down to "keep moods high and keep doing as many sex scenes as possible." I didn't need much help early on, but after v.9, things seem to get harder and harder. The best thing I've found is to post specific questions on the thread and hope someone further along is nice enough to help. So far, they have been.

Well, once you get the prompt to enter her room while you're on the chat with her, going back to her site just seems to replay her taking everything off and masturbating without showing you anything. Then there's three different scenes together, handjob, cunnilingus, and sex. At a certain point, Lisa will interrupt if you've been doing the anal training with Kira. After that, you have a conversation about Lisa peeping on you and Alice.
Blog and Arachnophobia are linked, so keep putting the spider in Alice's room until she lets you sleep in her room, then keep touching her until she gives you a handjob. Eventually the handjob will turn into sex. After that, you'll have another conversation with Lisa about peeping and she'll watch the next time you put a spider in Alice's room and have sex with her. Eventually, the Changing Roles opportunity starts based on that. It's a hell of a grind, especially if you've gotten to the point when Kate stays over every other day.
Keep doing Arachnophobia and Blog and anal with Lisa while she washes the dishes. Eventually, it will all fall together. Just make sure you have their moods high. I keep them maxed out with cheats, because I'm a cheating cheater. I'm not sure if any of the other quests interlock with these. I also filmed the porn with Alice and Mom before it all unlocked, but I don't know if that matters.
Went through several pages of "gf bug" bug couldn't find a solution that works. If someone could please take a look at the savefile, few keynotes:

2. Talked about hj for homework with her and tried several times to activate it(It worked one time when I skipped ahead but when I reloaded and got to the same point it didn't work again)

Nothing happens after Alice catches Ann and Max having sex in the bathroom right? Does Alice catch them in the bathroom more than once (with different dialogue)? I think I finally got caught up with all the scenes for the latest version after not playing for a few months. I used the save editor to cut down the waiting periods between scenes (also to switch paths), still felt way too grindy.

Okay, so I'm back to the original question then. What's the trigger for it? I've progressed a long way past the fourth movie. Only three opportunities left open, Cunning plan, just had the Mom bj; New Job, just watched the video of Mom with the two schoolgirls and just bought the anesthetic lotion; and Side Effect, haven't done anything on it.
