No I play each and every day as they are suppose to be played.
I always do and always will.
Its to only way to figure out what is going on and if I remember right Lisa and Alice's mood was to low and I had to work on them to max them out again.
Remember not only does the girl you are working on need to have high level mood but all girls mood must be high to.

The walkthrough take it that you are also doing other quest at the same time and until you get other quest future along to trigger the event it wont happen.
This game starting in v.8 had it where he tied other quest to make some triggers to go off in other quest, so just start working on blog and the spider quest and Lisa GF mentor quest and it will trigger once you get them future along.
Starting in v.8 you can no longer work on just 1 quest at a time is what I am trying to say.
Not aimed particularly at you, but as a general curiousity, since ds is most likely not going to touch this, new project and patreonblocked, are there mods now, or in the works, to finish this game?
So I finally managed to trigger the convo where alice feel "silly" , and I have been caught a few time by Ann , but perhaps not in right order , I got caught then silly convo then caught again am I missing something to start the 5th movie ? To top it off I think I reseted the pleasuring Alice convo by setting her up for punishment and the new sex ed is started , and there is no progress on the side quest pill thingy after alice come.
after convincing Mother to leave Alice and participate in the next porn movie, I could not unlock the next scene. anyone knows how?

I don't use mods so I can not tell you if there is or not.
Last word I got was DS will give another update but it will be at least 4 months from now.

I don't understand what you are asking for with the word "leave", if its "lets" then you just need to talk to Alice and aunt Kira again and work on other quests.
Ok, I played 2 weeks with all the intimate moments with all characters, and Lisa and Alice and Ann all at awesome mood after a couple of days and still nothing. What is the conversation I am supposed to be having with Ann? Can you upload my save file when you get to that point and see if I can open it. I still can't figure out what I am missing.

Its just a different convo that you normally have with her and it should have triggered already.
Upload it again and I will take a look again.
As long as you are not using content adding mods you should have had that convo.
The only one I used was the one that lets you add skills, money, and mood, but have disabled that since I started searching for help on here

Once again the next week on I think Wednesday night at 22:00 just after getting a BJ form Lisa in the bathroom I get this.

Remove your save game folder and place it on the desktop and then delete the game and unpack a new set of the game then place you save game folder back in and DO NOT USE THAT OUT DATED PROGRAM ON THE NEW GAME FILES.
