For mom's room it happens sometimes and you just need to wait, as for what Alice said you need to set up Alice with cig's so mom will start to punish her and you should now have a new option to punish mom instead.

Lisa to the doc no it should be Alice that you take to the clinic.
Just don't do anal with Lisa for now you can do all the HJ and BJ you want with her and Alice showing up at night is normal.

Ok some how or another your game is broken either a bad save got into the mix and fucked everything up or you use the save game editor and screwed up some of the triggers, this save game is broken.

You are at the end of all content.
You have Olivia as your GF and all content ended in v.10 for the Olivia GF path.

For all new content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 you must go Lisa GF path's to get it.
At the bottom of this page is all 3 GF path

I admit I haven't read all 16k posts, so the answer I'm looking for may be hiding somewhere. I think you simply need to try it often enough - it took me a few weeks of exactly that till I get the option to continue with the quest.

Ah, I made the same mistaken assumption. It is entirely correct that you ask lisa to go with the doctor with you since she asks for a few days to think it over and then tells you you should take alice instead of her..

I am pretty sure you need to progress with the sex-ed for lisa thing and visit mom at 22/23 till you trigger certain conversations and maybe progress with the alice thing (have mom catch you two giving each other bj in the livingroom). After that mom will disappear for two evenings (after dinner (monday and thursday I believe) and I think that will unlock kira giving you a video of the porn movie of your mother that you can watch (21 when mom is away) after which you can buy massage oil and begin the long, long grind to score....

That is not a bug but something DS did with the game and it will go away after about day 32 or so and it mainly with that mod you are using for cheating.
