Use the candies on Alice right after supper on Friday night just before she goes to the club and then at 3 am you can take her to the bathroom.
Spanking Kate is you must be on Lisa GF route and its a combo of quest that need to be worked on, mentor, cunning plan, spider and blog plus maybe new job.
You need private spanking of your sisters.
I am on the lisa gf route but I can punish lisa or Alice I can't punish kate. Also I mean entering the bathroom when it's midnight and she's in the bathroom not the Friday event i did that already

No you can not enter when she is in there alone or in the morning with Kira.
You must move all open quest forward from where they are to get the spank Kate.
Stuck on the party girl quest line. I completed all the classes and Kiara won't progress to the next stage when I try and talk to her. What do I do next?
kira want to put mom info a situation whare she would get excited, but doesnt get to have a sexual release..
i gone to the doctor.. she pays me.. she gets naked.. after that i cant do anything more..

At no time will you be able to enter the bathroom when Alice is in there, only Friday night Saturday morning at 3am after using candies can you go into the bathroom with her.

The clinic is auto after the 4th movie it just takes time and do not skip over breakfast if you can do it do not do it.
If you are that far then you will never get to spank Kate now it must be done before or just after changing role quest.
Just keep playing and keep all girls mood as high as it will go and make all the girls happy.
