How do I progress the arachnophobia opportunity? I'm at the point where Alice just gives me a HJ and thats it. How do I progress the blog quest as well? I am at the HJ/Cunni/Sex cycle with alice on that one and have not found a way forward. I have progressed with Lisa and have completed Hot Coffee.

Overall I'm not sure how to advance the Lisa/Alice/Kate storyline past the point where you convince Ann to accept Kate.

It takes time and working on all and I repeat all open quest at the same time, you can no longer just work on 1 quest at a time because triggers for quest have been put into other quest starting in v.10.
So with that being said spiders, spiders and even more spiders with blog, blog and even more blogging and all other quest that are open plus some quest that say there done still need to be worked on to progress other quest.

You did not understand, yes you are playing v.13 but the content you are seeing now is about the same area of v6 to v.10 and you have not yet unlock the content for v.11, v.12 or v.13 yet.

How does the RNG in this game work (like peeping)? I've tried to save before such an encounter and reloading, but that does not change the outcome. Is there a way to change it?

Its all done once you go to sleep for the whole next day on all rolls.
You really can not save and cheat your way to get good results just go with what you get and try again the next day because even is you lose you still game points on the stat.
