You need to keep working on the spider quest and the blog quest, keep going to the clinic.
Talk to each girl if you can every day.

What homework bug for that only stops you from getting the first HJ from Lisa that starts it all off.
It takes a lot of spiders and a log of helping her with her blog till the next trigger, keep an eye on Lisa for a new convo.

I've gotten the farthest ive ever gotten in this game but I have a question. What happens if I give up alive to eric? Does this drastically affect my game? I already found the wallet and the ID and i told him about it and I told him I'm keeping my sisters but now I have the "about your choice.." thing and it wants me to give up alice. Should I do it?

If you like NTR then go for it but it changes nothing, you must get rid of Eric to progress the game.
You do not get to see Eric fuck Alice but it is hinted at but you never see it.
So why play the "Incest story of your life" just to give all your women away, I just don't get it.

I have unlocked all sex scenes with mom. I repeat them all several times. But now I can`t do sex with mom in the kitchen anymore. I have no idea why. Does anyone else have the problem or do I just have to wait a few days?

You are done the only reason you not able to do more with Lisa is her mood is to low, get her mood up and you get all of it back again to do as you please.
Same with Alice her mood is also to low, got both maxed out and there is nothing else you need to do the game is over but for the daily sex you can have with all of them.
so are there any more kind of sex scenes or the game is finished , why i need to make an effort to fix someone mood if there isn't anything new

No there is nothing new once you have sex with mom in all locations about 3-4 times it is over, no you don't have to bring there mood up if you don't want to its up to you if you want to do anal with Lisa at the kitchen sink or not.

You also need to work on Alice's blog and spider quest and keep everyone happy and mood as high as you can get it.
Do not get rid of Eric until you get sensual massage skill to about 90% on Alice so it will be easier to get mom going.

No the game will never be updated because DarkSilver hated the game was hacked so he made a new game that you have to download most of it each time you want to play.
Now he has lost over half of his patreons and will lose more when the rest find out what he did.
