All I can find are animated gifs on rule34.xxx. I still can't acess exhentai.org (starting to think I am banned). I would suggest you go to exhentai.org and search looking for "game cg" If you get any results, they will be ripped cg of a game you may be interested in.
There is a flash loop by Zone of the character Gogo having sex with Baymax.
I am really sorry. The movie is kinda old now, so I feel like if porn were to develop around it, it would have by now. That is not to say it doesn't exist, you just have to settle for gifs and comics. The movie is in 3d, so maybe it is not unlikely some of the source filmmaker guys have the appropriate models, in which case making a game could be easier than we think.
