I see another Forum or mainstream "pirate" website didn't pick up or upload this game....

As I mentioned, it probably went under the radar because it is region locked to japan... you need VPN in with japanese location to even see it in the store page.

Pointing out now that the game has already been uploaded on RyuuGames, so you can go and download it from there, just search the JP name and you'll find it (バイオテクナーサ).

Seems to be working fine with MTool so far (though I've only watched the intro).

EDIT: Having now gotten an ending, works great with MTool (which lets you cheat to expedite some of the worst parts of the game thank god) but holy hell you're probably gonna need a guide unless you're dedicated to checking every nook and cranny of big maps. Pretty decent though otherwise and the H content was great if mostly vanilla
