I don't like the minigame itself, but the little progress boxes at the bottom are nice, shame you don't get those if you turn it off.
This is definitely a fun one. I generally prefer games with a main protagonist, but the medical sex transformations both mental and physical are fun to read. It makes me want to see a game where you play as a mad scientist doing these kinds of experiments on people, that would be great.

Treatment A was fun to write, I don't have any additional notes on it but it was actually a commissioned scene from well before the game's full release. Glad you enjoyed it at least.
Glad you enjoyed! Many of these cases were very fun to write. It was like writing for HAA, but without as many scenes for setup. I'm not sure if I should go for more standalone releases, they're a lot of work compared to monthly updates. Maybe I should do more short stories and then turn those into games. That might be a happy medium.
Only a little bit before release my name replacement system broke and I started doing replacements with names directly. As a result a few stray codenames like catgirlF fell through. I'll fix those up, thank you! I'm trying to collect all the typos to fix them all at once since the game is meant to be a standalone release.
By the way, there's a cheat code entry in the settings menu. The names of my other games lead to either a psa or a short case. Lemme know if you enjoy those too!

Lewd treatments for non-lewd problems is a design space I'd like to explore more. And switching the dynamic with a tiny dom on a fit sub is a great idea. Marie's was one of the last cases finished, I'd like to pivot harder into fit girls for the sequel. I've been collecting fit girls in anticipation.

I was thinking about maybe a magical spinoff would open more ideas than a sequel, but I'd lose out on the ability to continue cases. Plus it's harder to find images for magical cases, I'm not sure about doing a text-only game. The ability to post it on itch.io is very tempting though, but I'd need to find a lot of topics to get passionate enough to write a large amount about.
PSA stuff
The psas were super fun to write, glad you enjoyed! I tapped into the same energy I did when writing Lana from Hentai University. Plus many of them are based on commercials, so they had a great outline to follow which made writing easier. I was very tempted to have Liz say at the end of the hypermeth skit "If you're doing drugs, stop it. Get some help."

The drug in the "Welcome to the Medicenter" skit was meant to be hypermeth. At first I thought about re-using the same image as in the hypermeth skit to show that she was referencing her accidental injection when talking about her addiction, but I changed my mind for more image variety.

Bimbo dust maaaay or may not be the same as in Anomaly Vault. Keep in mind some effects are exaggerated as they always are in commercials like these. A neat idea would be someone who isn't satisfied with the drug coming into the medicenter for a more powerful experience.
Hmm, 'Living Dildo' isn't what I was expecting.
Some people like the sensation of being trapped, like they're in latex. I don't completely understand it, which is why a case ended up being cut of you turning someone into a living onahole. The person still feels everything so it's very enjoyable.

I'm not sure exactly how I'd write the player as an active participant. The only real idea I have is if the player were also serving the role of Liz. Would that be enough?
Playing as a mad scientist would mean no followup on their home life afterwards without some weird reality-warping shenanigans. Hopefully additions to HAA's dom route will hit that niche.

There's not a lot of monstergirl, it's just one case dedicated to it. The game is mostly real porn. Themanticore nails it though, it's based on 2048.

I think I should add more mechanical depth to the sequel. Pretty sure I've exhausted everything I'd like to do with he basic grid.

What I was thinking of here is a game with a theme like the 'mad scientist kidnaps people for her experiments' trope but porn, and the experiments she's doing on people are the same kind of thing we see here. Would probably overlap too much with this, the Facility sequence from Rainy DayZ, the Anomaly Vault and the HAA dom route to actually do, but it's fun to think about.
when I try to launch the game after extracting it opens three tabs, all broken. Any idea what might be going on? I've never had this issue with an html game before. it seems to be something about the indexing but I can't fix it.

I'm not totally sure what you mean by launch, you're just opening the .html file and all that's happening?

That's a problem with your computer IMO. Try dragging the file to a tab in an already open browser, see if that helps.

A few of the scenes use 2d images, which happen to be censored. It's a small part of the otherwise real porn game.
I need a pack of images that aren't 'real life porn', and I'm in. Otherwise, Imma headout of here. Also, there's no protagonist. Neither male, female or futa. the game's just a glorified pic book.

Notably looking at weeweeheehee's image, it seems his browser isn't actually opening the bitch medicenter.html file. I'm still not entirely sure what method of launching is being used though.

The error with the browser opening multiple tabs to me looks like it's absolutely a problem with the OS, or the browser, it's definitely not a problem with the game itself. The OS/browser is splitting the URI by spaces, and opening a tab for each of these 'files', the actual file isn't even being opened. You can try dragging and dropping the html file into an open browser window, if that doesn't work look for tech support for your OS or browser.
I still can't figure out the issue, I ended up just going to tfgamesite and doing the play online option. It's definitely an os or browser issue but I have no idea what's causing it. Again, of the dozens of html games I've played before this and the handful since, I've never had this happen before, it's super odd.

Does it occur with my other games? That would be strong evidence it is your OS. I hope the issue clears up.
