Gameplay's pretty good for a side-scrolling shooter, but there's no sexual content - just some minor nudity when you (finally) defeat a boss. It gets rather grindy playing the same levels repeatedly, which is almost inevitable, but there are also plenty of new weapons/spells to discover which helps a bit.
