    While this can not be considered a pure sex game as there is very little sexual content compered to gameplay and what little there is, is repeating. (so you wont be able to fap)

    I have to say that the world building is good, the crafting system is extensive and the grind feels rewarding. So if you are into games with a lot of grind this is for you. It has a bit of a rough start but you can quickly overcome it.

    One complaint I have about this game is that most of the girls look like old whores and I am not really into that. (way to much make up, and older body type) Still it does not take anything away from the experience.

    I REALLY REALLY LOVE THE PREGNANCY IN THIS GAME! IT IS THE ONLY GAME I HAVE COME ACROSS THAT LETS YOU HAVE 100 OF CHILDREN, KNOCKING UP WOMEN AND THEN MILKING THEM!!!

    My 2 cents on this game...

    First of all, don't play this game if you're looking for a quick fap, this game, while it may provide you with such, on my humble opinion, isn't the main focus of it, or the main strong point...

    It is grindy, it is extremely grindy (which is the bad part of it) and some things make 0 sense (You need to have skills for literally everything, even basic common human sense for woodcutting, or cooking)...

    The game is slow paced, and goes at it's own time, same with the developer's updates/releases, BUT, that does not mean this game is not actively developed, in fact, it is...

    It offers pretty in depth customization and is one of the deepest games ever made while not leaving sex as a secondary option, the music while nothing out of this world, helps, the game wants you to take your time, to enjoy it as a proper game, don't approach this game as your run of the mill JRPGM translated turn based combat game where you lose, get an H scene and keep going, because it's not like them...

    The writing is pretty good, and can give you an idea of what's currently happening to the MC...

    For now enjoy it for what it's worth, if you want something to take your time, this game might be worth checking, and yes, while not the main focus, in this game there is combat, although not the most polished or player friendly...

    The foundations of a detailed skill system and interesting world/plot are in place. The only limitation to how far this game can go will be the engine, and time/resources the dev can dedicate to it.

    [Game Review for v0.1.9b Alpha]
    This game sounds like something I'd consider a dream game on the surface: what's essentially Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons/Rune Factory with 18+ content that has a heavy focus on monster girls and femdom. Unfortunately, the game is bogged down by being far too complex for its own good, especially in a game engine that is definitely not designed to handle it (even with third-party plugins).

    Everything in the game is a mess of systems. Skills with subskills that don't amount to anything special, different EXP systems for different kinds of skills, about a gazillion different items to craft with minimal practicality, and a not-very-functional attempt at including a furniture-placement system for your home. These complex systems are made worse by the fact that RPG Maker is not a good engine for this, especially VX Ace.

    The actual 18+ content itself is hot but lacking in variation. Pretty much all I ever interacted with were assertive goblin women, who were right up my alley, but got repetitive and tiresome when those were the only thing I ever really interacted with for 18+ stuff.

    Even with cheats the game is a grind and I can't really say I found myself wanting to play more to see if the game got any better, because playing more was locked behind grind, grind, grind.

    In conclusion, I think playing an actual Story of Seasons or Rune Factory game would be more satisfying on the gameplay front and there's better monster girl + femdom games out there to scratch that itch.

    This game is the real deal, and the dev deserves way more money than many of the trash Patreon milking projects that exist out there.

    Don't get me wrong, the game is grindy but the skills and activities that exist are diverse enough that the grind isn't as repetitive as in some games. The progression is slow but satisfying because of the specializations you can choose. Most importantly, the game has plenty of porn and lose-and-be-raped enemies so the grind doesn't overshadow the porn. Personal 10/10.

    It is a very beatiful game in the the art of the scenery and the women characters at least. The main MC did not look very appealing to me. Good gameplay and ideas, like a Harvest Moon or Stardew Valley with porn. But way too grindy. Everything costs too much and pays too little. Without cheats I would take a year at least to get anything done. Lots off things to improve. The craft mecheanics are interesting, but the difficulty has to be lowered a lot to keep the interest. Also the art is very nice, but the important stuff to pick up kinda loses itself among all the details.
    7/10, will wait for the beta. Recommend after some time. Still to early i development, but I see a lot of effort being done, no recycled assets from other games from what I see.

    This game could be decent, but its such a mess.
    The general gameplay loop is so grindy it can pulverize granit.
    There is no real indication what to do or a general direction. The game essentially just says "grind"
    oh sure you can grind farming, foraging, mining, fighting, etc etc
    but its all just grinding. Even combat is a boring chore.
    Even checking an item or a stat can be considered a grind considering the labyrinthian menu system.
    This game desperately needs to do 2 things.
    1. Provide a starting option that gives like 500% XP gain. Maybe that would make you want to actually play it. or at least not mind as much. Or you know at least tell me ingame which paths/scenes i can work towards. But i most certainly will not waste time grinding shit with no incentive in an h-game with few visuals and barely existing story
    2. Cut 80% of the character system. Complex systems are great.....IF they have a decent UI to back it up,....RPGM most certainly do not have a great UI. There is simply no need to subdivide something like 10 skills into 50ish subskills if there is no meaningful way to engage with it. If you wish to lock certain abilities just make it a simple "have it or not" thing

    tl;dr grind the game, with an overly complex system for a barely existing story and few visual h-content

    I enjoyed the art and I love sexy goblin women. I like the fetishes too. So I want to like this game. But I can't.

    This game is also in in ancient and very very outdated version of RPGM.
    Author started developing the game in 2017 and released the first version in 2019.
    You would think then that he would use the 2015 version of RPGM called MV which has things like modern resolutions.
    But nope, used instead VX Ace, which is a 2012 minor cleanup of VX which is an engine from 2007. And it was pretty primitive engine for 2007 at that.

    As a result the game is hardcoded into 544x416 resolution, not even a 1/9th of a modern monitor. And if you set it to full screen it stretches so that squares become rectangles. and lacking in various quality of life functionality. According to him it was due to there were not many scripts for MV in 2017. A true statement but you gotta plan ahead something like that.
    Due to RPGM being utter trash, it is impossible to just upgrade a project into a newer version of the engine. You have to effectively perform a reboot if you want it in a new version. So this game will forever be stuck with the limitations of an ancient crappy engine.

    i liked the game however i think its overtly and unnecessary complicated, there is so much things to look at here that its hard to concentrate on the story, i need to concentrate on
    -my character stats
    -items
    -missions
    -leveling up
    -skills
    -crafting
    item menu is very confusing, i cant keep up with the ammount of fetishes im learning and i cannot remember them all even... is this necessary guys? cant you make it like peasant quest - one skillset and instead more simple lined missions with certain goal? i walk in goblin village and i seriously dont know what should i concentrate on because u throwing everything at once on me and i dont know which skill i should learn because i dont know what thing will help me find new scenes
    another thing i dont like is time mechanics, i just dont like it i like to play at my own pace sometimes pausing to do something else, maybe its not that important but there was that guy in prison that said we had 3 days to set him free, i dont like time limited missions
    other than that i just need to uncover more scenes and i simply dont know how yet but im slowly getting there
    to sum it up:
    less mechanics more scenes and missions and maybe implement timeless mode?

    It's a good game with coherent integration of its crafting, combat, and character interaction systems. I'm reviewing version 0.1.9a. The fetish content feels very natural and organic with how the player character changes in response to its experiences, and with partner characters changing their own dialogues and behaviors in response. Some of the systems are a bit grindy--or very grindy, on a first-time playthrough without understanding of the most efficient ways to obtain each resource--but everything nonetheless comes together (ha) to provide a good and sexy experience.

    The visuals are fancy and mechanics seem cool but thats all there is to it. Ridiculously bad rng in many aspects makes the game impossible to play and enjoy if you have a life and things to do. No propper help on how to get skills that are MANDATORY to progress the story. Enemy of a certain type not apperaing do to constant different weather or you not getting the item you need to get for quest cause its a rare rng drop and you have to end up save scumming, especially if you have just 1 luck. Utter bullshit. XD

    You can tell the developer(s) truly care about this game and put a lot of love into making it. Every system, from combat to crafting to relationships, has several layers of depth and is very well thought out.

    That being said, the grind is absurd (that's coming from someone with a maxed Runescape account).I mean even if you keybind the money cheat and take the maximum amount of money every time you'll have to do it hundreds if not thousands of times to unlock everything. I hesitate to even guess how long it'd take to max out everything legitimately.

    It's fine, good even, for a game to be this complex but you have to make the grinds more reasonable to compensate. At the end of the day it's a fap game not an MMORPG that people are looking to invest literal months of their lives into.

    I remember playing a version of this game a couple years ago and thinking, "Wow, this is grind-y as all hell." and I left it alone. Saw it was still around and gave it another go and goddamn... I think it might even be MORE grind-y than before. Getting money takes an eternity. And you need money to get skill books to learn skills (you are too dumb to chop wood at the beginning unless you have the Woodworking skill, for example). You also need money to buy things to do the skills. And then, you're garbage at said skills until you level them up. There's 4 different types of XP in the game, and each is a trickle's worth. It might take 200xp to level a skill and doing said skill gets you like 7xp each time. Just holy hell. Even with the money cheat in the game where you can get infinite money, everything just takes so... damn... long... to... acquire...
    I played this recent version (0.1.9a) for a couple hours and felt like I barely had gotten anywhere. And, like, I don't need to go from 0 to Godawesome in 10min, but I hadn't even gotten to level 1 in basically any of my skills yet.

    If you've got days to devote to a grind-simulator, enjoy. If you want a game that actually moves along, I would suggest picking a different game to go with.

    Version 0.1.8 review. I have been following this game for the last year and a half and while in the beginning I would not have written a review for this game, as it was very far from complete, I can now write this with more certainty as I believe the core of the game has now solidified.

    Black garden takes some time to get going as there is a large emphasis on character growth. This is by far the biggest issue with the game, although this has improved significantly over time, as unless you are willing to put tens of hours into this game you probably won't get a lot out of it. So if you are looking for a game that does not exceed 20 hours of content stay away. However, in spite of my own propensity for shorter games, especially those found on this site as usually erotic elements are all that are going for them, I keep finding myself coming back to this game.

    While the game can be quite tedious, especially at the beginning of the game before you improve your skills, the sense of growth and achievement from every skill upgrade and new item crafted is very rewarding. The game is very good at setting up small goals to achieve along the path to larger ones which will keep you engaged all the way through. Eventually you will really start feel the character growth and the tedium starts to disappear. So if you are willing to stick with the game the rewards are worth it.

    I am most certainly a game-play first kind of person, yet I would be remiss not to mention the art direction of this game. For an RPGM game the amount of unique assets for the game is quite astounding and very much appreciated. While judging the quality of artwork is quite subjective, I for one find it very appealing. Lastly the erotic elements of this game, while not the primary focus, are also decently well written.

    Overall I have been very impressed with this game and I hope FeyRing continues to develop the game further as what they have already created is quite impressive.

    If you like games centered around grinding, then this game has massive potential.

    I don't consider it to be worth playing for most people quite yet though because 99% of the game is grind, and there's not enough content yet to justify hours and hours of grinding, especially when there's no guarantee that your savefile will be compatible with future updates.

    The game is beautiful as far as RPGM goes, has a lot of different 'skills' for crafting, mining, etc. Has what seems to be a cool trait/fetish system for customizing your character's personality and what they can say in their dialogue options or their sex scenes.

    Again, for most people it's not worth playing yet, but there's definitely potential for a huge, epic game.

    LOVE the different variations of text spoken in sex scenes, the different types of women and the all the races out so far.

    This game has MASSIVE potential to go into so many lands with so many different races and expand. Very much looking forward to more updates!

    I do like the customization and things you can build and do with your own house, the combat feels good. I do worry though that the grinding part of the game might turn away people , so maybe it could be a game option? Some like to just RP with light grinding , others love to RP with heaps of grinding...would be more work but you would open the audience more. Not sure it's an easy fix

    For now just wanna hit it with 5 stars to give it some more attention and hopefully more patreons

    I really liked this game and even tightened it up. I rate it for version 0.1.7a.
    So, the game seems to be quite new and early version ... and I don't remember what other game with such an early version I played so much. And I think it's pretty cool. I will describe what I liked:
    Soundtrack - especially music on the main screen and during battles with monster girls
    The visual component - the locations are made perfectly, in my opinion this is one of the most beautiful RPGmaker games that I have played, the arts of the monster girls are great - my praises to the artist
    The gameplay - I personally liked this part, the role-playing system is pretty cool - there are different skills, different types of gathering and crafting etc. However, objectively assessing - it may seem somewhat difficult to someone, and it also requires a lot of grinding.
    The plot - there is a certain originality in it. How to become a minion =)
    I want to separately note this: this is my personal opinion, but I think that this is more the Game in the first place and only then 18+ content. And it was with this approach that I liked her.
    Well done by the author, I wish you luck and will wait for further updates.

    I'd love to give this game a higher rating and it has a lot of potential but right now it has too many issues to be properly enjoyable.
    Everything is behind is locked behind requirements which are also locked behind various requirements. You need to possess various skills to access most content but getting these skills is a massive chore due to how little XP everything gives you. To get XP you need resources regenerated by sleeping, but you don't even get to properly recover from sleeping because you start out with a crappy bed.
    The game tries to achieve a certain level of realism which is admirable but realism should never get in the way of enjoyment. If you make the player struggle for every little shred of content they're just going to end up bored.

    One example of realism getting in the way of fun is the hornets not spawning when it's too windy. I get why they're not there, but that doesn't mean I like it. I just need to kill hornets to get honey (which is a massive chore due to the horrible droprate) but I don't even get to do that because they just aren't there.

    Overall the game has a lot of potential but must realize one thing: it is a porn game first and foremost and should therefore not make getting lewd content so painful and especially not make the non-lewd content surrounding it so difficult.

    As with any game where I spent hours upon I must leave a review.

    I can say that the game isn't the worst for such an early release tho it really could use a solid kick up in speed, but everyone have their own lives so nothing that can be done about it. Still waiting to dominate myself a werewolf village.

    To be honest art is pretty good, it's actually a big step away from what you usually see and don't look as cartoon-ish as most. Most sex scenes are nice but I have to say that Goblins could use some work, because as much as I appreciate cheeks-so-thicc-their-clap-alert-guards I'd like to see more in sex scenes than ass across my entire screen.

    Ability system is done in a pretty interesting way. After getting book for skills or learning from Gobbos it grows pretty steadily when it comes to Craft EXP but I have a BIG problem with Battle EXP farming. Fighting enemies that won't murder you in a single strike give only about 4-5 EXP while training on those fucking dummies take 20 VP, 1 hour and I can get only 1 EXP point what the bloody hell, my guy! Black Magic and Athletics stats going up is like slamming your head against the freaking wall. Perception is just hell because you need to combine Craft EXP with Battle EXP. I get that this is suppose to be 'yer a minion, Val' with Hero being all surprised 'I'm a what?' but give some break, there is fun farming like Craft EXP when you'll get foraging and mining so you start getting like 6-10 EXP per forage or ore you mine and there's just painful shit like getting those Battle EXP up.

    Picking up items is like point and click game adventure with hidden objectives. I'd reccommend finding a way to make items more visible than just giving them a tiny moving animation because I always have a feeling that I missed something, especially on the Amber maps where there is a lot of grass, trees and bushes.

    I like crafting in this game, it's pretty easy, just get materials and hit space at the right moment but another problem here is the fact that you must make things to level it up. First level up for any crafting skill is like 300 EXP and it takes forever when highest value for the most advanced thing that needs the most materials - some that must also be crafted beforehand - is like like 15-20 EXP?

    Getting some of those materials is a drag, first upgrade to house is crazy expensive and I didn't even see anyone ever selling something like 'glue'. I think you should tune down a bit with the amount of materials needed to make some of them. How does making a pack of stone or iron cost so much that I'd get a freaking armor almost at the same pace?

    Weapons should have a flat damage value that you can do because being armed with two sword and doing 3 damage make me feel kind of bad... Like dude, you chop down an entire tree in an hour into tiny pieces or even spend entire day digging out metals but when you attack with a sword you turn into noodle?

    It needs some polishing in mentioned areas but I think it's off to a good start.

    Love the potential, bit of a rocky start.

    Art's nice. Lots of care went into it, but some of the maps seem to be a bit overwrought and cluttered. The RPGMaker map layer function seems inconsistent with treetops overhead obscuring NPCs or enemies and some pathing/climbable areas being lost in the clutter.

    Writing is decent; scenario's neat, narrative / fluency / voice all good. Characterization is a bit weak but it's an early release of a sandbox-ish game so I completely understand.

    Porn's pretty good; like the integration of the building fetish mechanic but would like more varied art. Would also like the fetishes themselves to impart blessing/malus to make them matter more and possibly lend weight to the fetish reduction payment.

    TLDR: Keep it up!
