Probably never. The dev decided that he lacks the skill to complete the game, and thus he wants to put out a few smaller games before he resumes work on this one.

I don't think it's only because the dev lacks skills, if you see his Ci-en and the previous posts here it's more likely he is struggling with funding and lack of focus on what to do. He has raw talent but has poor control over on his goals. Someday I know he's gonna come back to make this game and this will be the peakest of all Hidden NTR games made out there.

He's also just a perfectionist. He won't release anything that he deems imperfect (at least for this project) and the big expectation is heavy for him.

I mean tbf when I first saw his work, it's LITERALLY way cut above the slop that you see in the already bloated market of NTRPGM. From the scenes, to the fucking UI, bro is literally making a Persona 5/3R level of fluidity with his game. Mind you I have you seen someone go ham on the UI ALONE and while there could be some games that has similar to this style and level of quality, it's just so good that anything less with it would be a disservice.

Anyways I do hope that he will be able to get his shit together because this game would literally be GOTY for me if it ever was finished. This is the definitive hidden NTR game if I ever seen one and I will still hold out till the day I see this game gets released.

He released another h-doujin, honestly my fear is the dev feeling like making these doujins are easier and rewarding enough for them to not come back to the game, he's been pretty consistent so far in that regard, but in comparison the promised short games are nowhere to be seen, unless the dev starts to work in the those I will keep my hopes low for Black Rune unfortunately.
