Definitely think OP should consider doing "Episodes" in addition to the current unlock system. I'm trying to think of it in terms of something that could be made easily moddable to make your own, but basically something like:

[intro scene where player and dealer talk back and forth. Setting up the game/event. Can either use sprites or CGs]
[Blackjack game commences, with optional objectives/win conditions. Options for progressive dialogue between hands and victory/loss. Also CGs for both of those]
[Here it branches again. Can either lead into a bad/hard end that forces you to restart the episode, or a different path. The example that came to mind would be a dom/sub route depending if the player won or loss, leading to a different set of cgs/dialogue. You could also have a victory lead into another in-between exchange between the MC and Dealer, which leads into another Blackjack game]

If OPsgaylover sees I'd love to know what he thinks of this. I see modding as a big focus of this game, and this feels like a good way of pursuing progressive/story-driven stuff, like "dating" a dealer, or a progressive match where she loses more and more clothing. Could also have a "hardcore" toggle to choose whether you can restart from a hand or have to restart from the beginning of an episode.
I do really like the idea of an episodic type thing, with some more dialogue and character building and more of a story type scene. It's just at this point it'd be really an entirely different game design than the current one, not that that's entirely a bad thing, just would mean a big increase in scope. I want to balance out not really changing up the experience for people who like the current game, which is why I have both the classic and gambler mode when I added the money system, and I've heard some people really just come here for the blackjack itself. That said, if I go and add more story elements I'd probably go with a "Story" gamemode in the options and then from there have tasks to complete per dealer, more dialogue, and branching choices for things to do.

I think for a story mode I'd be definitely making whole new sets of images to go along with the story for each character to really make it fit in, especially if we go into things like dating the dealers and more long form type stuff, so keeping the old gamemodes also means the original images are still available so I'd have more free reign to do things. I guess the big question would be would it feel sort of just tacked on, given it'd be practically its own separate game built into this one, like as if we just slapped a virtual novel onto the game, and I'm just curious how people would feel about doing something like that.

I see busty argonian and cute fembois, I download.

I see half their images are locked behind pay-wall, I cry.

Had fun playing your game, I really like the characters and images that you have put in so far, and the fact you made it so others can add their own characters and images is amazing. However I feel like the game is going to be limited by the fact it is just blackjack. Feel like if it had more to it like other game modes/casino games/mini games to play or fun mechanics to make playing blackjack and earning money from it, it would make the game more then just keep trying to win a hand to unlock a image.
Glad you had fun, and yeah sorry so much ends up behind a paywall, but I do try and get at least a good chunk with even the exclusive characters instead of how some just go up to right before a climax. I was thinking the other day about adding additional card games, and then also got onto thinking about roulette and other ways to gamble, would be kinda neat to have some unlocks exclusive to certain minigames too. Honestly I'm happy people actually enjoy the game part of the game as much as they do to be asking for more, I had really expected a lot of people would be just in it to grab the pictures and care less about the vehicle in which they get them. I'll definitely continue adding more over time, though full new game types will definitely not be something I pump out every month unless I end up with a lot more free time to work on this with.

New update everyone! Been very busy with the holiday workload, but I wanted to still give a big update, so I put together the biggest content update yet, we got 215 new CGs, and I reworked the dialog system to allow specific dialog per image in addition to the current system, which'll help me a good bit on future dialog and let any modders get extra specific with their characters. I hope you guys enjoy. Did wanna add some more, but I don't think I should delay it any further.

I love this game. Go on with your great work. Are there any animations?
I do not have any animations yet. I'll need to practice on those a bit more to produce ones up to the quality I want, but I've done a few before. Maybe something for down the line.

what lora do you use for the backhgrounds if any
No loras for the backgrounds, just descriptions in the prompts, I tend to have the background information, a BREAK, character information, BREAK, and then add in details like what is going on in a scene, then extra detail specifications.

Just wanted to address a few things I see in the reviews. It's fine to not like paywalls or AI or all that, that's just business, but some of these guys are confused on game mechanics. For example, the one mentioning getting a 6 of diamonds and having your number subtract would happen in cases where you have an ace, since they are 11 or 1 and will become the lower value if you would have otherwise busted. Seeing both the dealer's cards or seeing just one is a regional thing, I swapped over to seeing just one instead of both later on since the single card shown tends to be more popular. Also as for the betting, you do bet your 100 and can lose it on loss, but you receive 200 because the bet is a 2:1 ratio, mostly so that from a gameplay design you can actually make money reasonably fast to be able to spend it instead of it being an excessive grind with the risk to reward ratio out of your favor.

A question: does anyone know an effective method for translating games made with TyranoBuilder? Because these games that are listed as "other" are always made with TyranoBuilder. I've translated two of them, but they always break somewhere; they're a real pain to translate, honestly. If they're good, you can add mechanics that aren't possible in Ren'Py, but translating them is incredibly annoying. And since the developers don't seem to consider that other languages exist besides the local one, they lose many potential players and, consequently, sponsors. Even an automatic translation would be appreciated; a reasonably well-done translation is better than none. Besides, with today's AI, you can even ask it to correct the translation so it sounds good without having to learn other languages. So, if anyone can give me a guide, I'd be grateful because it would be great to be able to translate them into Spanish since the creators don't want to include a multilingual option.

I've never heard of TyranoBuilder, the game code is from scratch. I could add in some translations, at least machine translation. I hadn't ever really considered the game would get that popular to begin with, also wasn't really sure of which languages to add first. I'll probably need to restructure some of the text a bit to make it easier to take on translations, and then of course an option pop up at the start for language and one in options menu. Though the dialogue files themselves are stored in .txt files, I'll likely need a new file per language. I'll see about getting the structure setup for translations next patch.

AI is still a tool, many people don't know how to draw or don't have 100 thousand dollars to spend on artists' art, and here AI helps make everything more beautiful, but demanding money for such a hack job done on the fly in a couple of hours is the height of disgustingness.

There are still people who complain about AI without realizing it's the best thing that could have happened, since you can have quality images made to your liking and with the artistic style you choose without having to sell both kidneys for three images that won't even be enough to create a game. I have nothing against artists who create their own images and charge for them; it's their job, and commissions seem excellent to me, but it's not the job for a game; it's art to showcase what they do. If you ask for hundreds or thousands of images, like most games do, you'd need, as you said, $100,000 for a game that might be completely ignored or barely raise $200 on Patreon or other platforms, or perhaps even worse, someone else will download it, charge a little less than the creator for the download, and earn more than the creator himself... and yes, that does happen, but what can you expect from these kinds of people who probably believe that COVID was transmitted through 5G cell phone antennas? And he didn't want to get vaccinated because he was sure the vaccine had a chip in it so the government could control his mind.

Yeah, I know a lot of people are pretty anti AI in general and that's fine, but I personally don't mind it, and I don't really have a feasible method of producing the absolute amount of images I want per dealer to really storyboard out the scenes I want to make unless I had a budget ranging in at least the tens of thousands of dollars for entire teams of artists along with months of full time art development time and storyboarding, but I'm not a rich man, nor do I have a lot of free time or a team, I produce this game because it's fun and because the funding for it may help me get more time to work on more games without AI use in them. Besides that, I like that AI images gives me a good amount of control over the image compared to outsourcing it, I run a custom setup on my own rig and have been dabbling with AI image generators since they were first being developed since I'm a programmer and very interested in such technology. I know people say a game like this could be made in a couple hours, but I spend all day just setting up one dealer, think I put about 12 hours in yesterday for my day off just trying to get Mal0 done after each other day not quite being able to get her proportions right or come up with a scene, theme, or series of events I really was set on. Not to mention the game itself has to be programmed, tested, debugged, etc and is essentially a free blackjack game given away in its full functionality.

I do hope the modding aspect allows people to do what they want with the game, they can take out all the original image folders if they want or change them up however they like, dialogue can be shifted around and set to new things with much more customization than initially provided, and even things like the little advertisement buttons and title screen image can be outright removed from the files if someone doesn't want them displaying. Cards can also be swapped out if someone has their own personal deck to swap in. So really any character can be added and with any image they want to put in, I just of course am not going to go and be repackaging a bunch of art ripped directly from galleries of a bunch of artists and then go try and run a patreon off that, but I have made my own little personal mods trying it out.
Those who oppose AI are like those who oppose vaccines; they just parrot what others say without having a clue what they're talking about. They think creating images with AI is just a matter of saying "believe me" and that's it. They don't even understand what a prompt or a negative prompt is. Seeing your game and the detailed, consistent images (in Spanish, for those who don't understand that they look exactly the same without any design variations), I can say that you use very detailed prompts—hundreds, maybe thousands—to maintain image consistency.

I'd love to play the full version, too bad I have less money than El Chavo del Ocho, hahaha. I don't know if anyone will get that reference XD, but who knows, maybe one day I'll be able to pay for the subscription and see the rest of Ankha's gallery. And one question/suggestion: couldn't you add extra languages, like Spanish? Hehehe, I can translate Ren'n'Py, but when it comes to TyranoBuilder, it gives me the creeps. And the "" sounds are like two watermelons, hahaha. If you don't know the language, you can use Google Translate or something similar and then ask the hated AIs to correct it so it doesn't look weird, hahaha. Or I'll offer to do the corrections if you want. The AI is the best thing that could have happened to us in recent years. Don't pay attention to those who complain or criticize the use of AI.
