Playing this a bit, seems like off to a good start. The story is pretty good, mechanics are ok, probably can polish a bit, decent for a first version. I think I got stuck in the Mom's room at one point with all options disabled and had to roll back, maybe missed something. And the couch I misunderstood the controls at first as a drag vs click since it say click/release.

Very good concept. But the handling with the inventory is non-intuitive, too complicated. Also, when you "wait" it's 15 minutes, please do not tell me that you want to go in the direction that you have to be exactly at 12:15 in place x to trigger scene y. Please make a preference of the text box opacity (I like it to have free view without the box in the way). Keep going.

Yes, you are right, there are some things that need to be improved (the inventory mechanic as you say).
Scenes are nor triggered by a specific time, but by a period of time (for example, fom 2:00 to 4:00 PM)

And, you know, making the text field opacity preference a great idea!

I agree on the inventory, I didn't realize at first you pick the target. Maybe it can work based on context of who is in the same location and ask when they hit use on item

For the disabled mom options, I think I probably missed the hallway button. It seems like sometimes the navigation buts are consistent / not sure why not there. Like I see it when all 3 mom options are disabled, but when there is spy you're forced to choose it, the hallway icon is gone.

Sorry for the missing piece of paper with the phone number, that shouldn't have happened . Yes, the number on the piece of paper is an "encrypted" password. But in this version of the game, decrypting mom's phone doesn't open new scenes.

After the first nightclub scene, the mother seems to just vanish
- vanishes with no money to pay
- vanishes with money + ignore guard
- vanishes with money + respond to guard
Not in any of her usual locations/times nor at the nightclub. Apparently there's a second scene with the guard, but with the mother gone, so much for that

The game is something a bit different and has promise, but a bit buggy at the moment (sister appears in front of her door at night, mother's room controls are inconsistent, and of course mother just vanishing). Also have no idea how to contact the camgirl by phone when the only phone is gone, given back to the mother.

One QoL thing that needs to be done - option to work longer for more money. Earning $10 per set of clicks is grindy, and the game doesn't look like it's meant to be

Firstly, yes, you urgently need to kill the relatives of the main character: mother, father, sisters ... categorically and cruelly (и с особым цинизмом!). And after that, as soon as possible, arrange for his adoption to the family of a friend of his father or mother. This "финт с ушами" will avoid 99% of problems on all possible platforms. The content is the same, but everything is legal.
Secondly, add animations. Players are now very spoiled and if there are only static pictures in the game, they will ignore the project no matter how interesting it is. It's sad, but a fact. Animations can be the simplest, literally from a couple of frames, but it is important that they are.
Third, try to integrate your character models into the background. They often seem to hang in the air, not being part of the world around them. It really hurts the eyes and looks very bad.
