Ugh this question is hard, finished that location multiple times but i still have no idea where's the correct path.
Basically you go down until you find Bonfire and boss Behemoth nearby. There's a way, though this mine is a maze.

There's a beach after Skeleton Maze.
Find magic circle on that beach.

You need companions at least level 100 for mermaid and hotel use leaf for the mermaid since she can't die
For Catherine, did you beat the boss in the Elixir town? and did you revive Jeanne? If you did both, try heading back to where you fought that boss.

after the ending b, where is the library the narrator talked about? is there anything to do after the ending?

Did you find the tea party? The library leads to its own ending but you will have to do a new loop if you missed any fairy tales.
There's also the black trial related ending. They are located in the swamp.

where can i find the tea party? or how do i start another loop? i got some fairy tales dropped from their respective encounters

For the tea party, look around in snow white's castle. You can start a new loop by interacting with the crystal that is just north of the holy forest.

No, you have to collect them again. Thats why you need to go a bit strategic about where you go and which boss you fight when you want to get all.

I don't get the hype. Sure I suppose the gameplay is fine for a rpgmaker game but nothing insane. Now in terms of h-games are art is horrid. Its like a 5th grader drew it, not once did I even get to something close to a chub.

the game is really enjoyable. but it's a game first and porn second, like normal eroges

The library itself tells you all the fairy tales but not their locations. Most of them are drops from enemies but each heroine besides Miranda, Victoria, and Leaf also drops one. To kill them after making them a companion, you need to take them to the hotel. Some enemies that drop fairy tales don't appear until after you beat the local boss so make sure you re explore. The guide linked on the first page also has a list with locations.
