Blender breasts jiggle

Does anyone have any tips for designing breast jiggle on characters in blender?

I've tried both cloth and soft body.

Soft body just looks crap when I try
Cloth via a breast cage works very well.
But seen some people out there doing such good work.

Any one got good tips

You could also use shape keys for exact control.

Maybe jiggle bones(or something like that?) addon? Pretty sure it was ported to 2.83 and 2.9x versions
