Why no? I'm an AI user myself, and I even enjoy AI NSFW , like CunnyFunky. Deception is wrong to begin with—it has nothing to do with AI

Whether the dev purposefully "stole" or not they seemed to have apologized for "unintentionally" plagiarizing. Considering majority of people don't take accountability for their wrongdoings I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
The other dev has solid proofs that simply can't be ignored or denied without leading to PR hell. People also point out many similarities between some h-scenes in this game and Scarlet Paper's ThornSin as well.
