It's in the extras, talk to Margaret and select "Margret's memories" or the "Extra" button on the main menu. Those are the scenes outside of the pov of the main character.
I've beaten the queen with all characters (once) and have to say: It was quite the struggle with the maid and a bit tricky with the fairy, although my fairy had no corruption.
I wonder how much corruption you are intended to take on a character, are you expected to go deep/full corruption on at least one character. Getting one additional dice is already a noticable improvement, but Margarets warning stands in the back of my mind.

She has a scene, but it wrongly only unlocks after you've beaten the Amazon. But since you can fight her normally before, it should be available then. It'll be fixed in the next update.
As for her skill... I simply forgot to give her one ^^"
The Amazon is winnable, but I inverted her win and loss scenes. I don't know how I missed that one.
For Rhoda, you're right, I should do something about that.
It's nothing major, so I'll fix it in the coming days. If you want to pass the Amazon, you can just lose against her.
As for how corrupt you need to have one character, you can go up to 4 without long-term consequences, they'll have the corruption scenes, but it'll only stick long term if you go up to 5.
But if you're like me in those kind of games and just don't want to corrupt them at all, I'm trying to make it possible, but it's a hard balance between doable and easy... I haven't tested thoroughly the whole final dive with a character without Lust, and I might know the game too well to be a good reference anyway ^^"
They aren't lying, there are two scenes, one for Melody and one for Hilda, both once you get them to 5 Lust. To see them, go to the Extra scenes, like I explained in the post you quoted...
Just spend little more than an hour trying to beat Naamah with the dragon. The fight currently seems overtuned, even if that's the worst one for the fight.
Nvm. She isn't supposed to have 10 dice every round.
Yeah, final boss is a bit much... I squeaked by using dragon with cowfuta, priestess and centaur extra abilities but losing all my extra dice and having only 3-4 is rough.

I realize now that the amount of dice you have for that fight is bugged. You're supposed to have the maximum amount of dice of any of your succubi, meaning that if you have one girl at 5 lust, you'd have 6 dice... but in practice, you'll have three no matter what. So you'll fight her in like you've never corrupt anyone. I'll have a patch out soon
If there's any particular problem, like her serious phase being too much, don't hesitate to tell me, but it all should be easier after you get the correct amount of dice ^^"
During the final fight, you were wrongly limited to three dice. You'll now have as many dice as your most lustful girl, plus one bonus for each girl at 5 lust. You can make the fight easier at their expense
The victory and defeat scenes of the Amazon were reversed, meaning you had to lose to progress. That's now corrected.
You can see the Queen's scenes even if you haven't defeated the Amazon yet
The Queen now correctly gives her ability, Blue Blood, when you edge her
Rhoda, the orc dream diver, now has an offer if you don't have enough crystals
Opponent's dice were misaligned when they had exactly 5, hiding their ability. You can see it correctly, now.
