Is there any way to block AI stuff, like games on the Latest Update page? If so, where do I do it?

On the Latest Updates page click the funnel symbol at top right.
scroll down and click into the "EXCLUDE TAGS" field, choose "ai cg" ... done.
If you bookmark the results page, you can then use that bookmark to in future access Latest Updates with "ai cg" already excluded.
