i know that , but legal sexual content .... meh ....I see you are months behind on the news.
Steam changed their policy on adult games a loooong time ago. As long as the content isn't illegal it's allowed which includes sex games.
if you read the definition of legal sexual content for steam ... it's soooo boring
if your game have just a litle bit of non consensual sex ( like 100% of the sexual good game i've played in my life ) then it's illegal
here the game is about to sacrifice a girl to a demon, if we had to add sexual content it would be logically non-consensual and therefore illegal for steam
so yeah i know , devs can alway publish a normal version on steam and a sexual patch on their website , but if the sexual patch add illegal stuff and steam find out they will delete the game from their store ( the game Agony is a good exemple , steam force them to remove the sexual content and after they forbid them to post the uncensored patch )
by the way :
torture and kill someone in a game = legal
rape someone in a game ( boy or girl ) = illegal
in this world people are more shocked by sex than death .... fucking planet ....
