Look at this, the game looked great already, there was absolutely no need for "remaster". remaster = bs excuse to avoid progressing the plot, something we already saw with the bs sex party.

Maybe do you know if there is a AI Tool available to do easy animated gifs or something already with Anime Art like this?Oh damn, I was working very hard. Had to watch entire 8 minutes youtube video about upscaling. Maybe I should create a patreon and for every 5 subs I will remake 1 image for remake of remake

Now image if I put real effort to this and spend a day to learn about diffusion webui to get into all details to recreate characters etc
Right now it's too basic, girl too petite and hair style is not correct, but it is easy fix if I wanted.
Right now I just used basic prompting and base model with upscale. Easy.
1 day to make lora and the result would be the same Ayumi with better style compared to that lazy remake.
I'll experiment a little bit more while dev focusing on making miracles of this remakes of HIGHFIDELITY

I'm glad more people think the original artstyle was better. This remaster was a bad decision for multiple reasons...

I try to rent I server with NVIDIA Tesla A10. It is almost the same as RTX 3090, but cost 0.36$ per hour instead of 0.71$ for RTX 3090.

I really don't even understand why the hell is update taking soo long means it was suppose to release after its remaster before 25 November i.e tori trip but even after 1 month delay there is not even some expected date . So i guess more the time tori take more the changes he has to make in remaster. So at last no remaster at all. I am typing this message only because i like his project and has been following it before very start and don't want this project to disappoint us ...

That's what gets me, I don't mind if takes forever, just don't tease the releases tell its ready.
But just to recap
4.0 - came out in January
5.0 - End of March
5.2 -End of April
Remaster - started in June
If 6.0 and the remaster came out in the end of November, I think that would have been perfect. 3-4 months for a update, 3-4 months for a remaster.
I'm sure some would wonder why a remaster would take more then a few weeks, in fact the last few pages are full of people posting AI art and thinking they can do the remaster in a few days. But I think Tori is going back and redoing old dialogue, like he always has, and adding new scenes. If you remember, in November Tori teased Pan and Ake being added to the remaster with larger rolls (Pan and Ake were the two faceless chicks in the maze). I don't know how big the changes in the remaster are going to be though, because tori doesn't really communicate with his patreon or discord.
Waiting this long for a remaster and 6.0 isn't a problem for me, the problem is that Tori has teased the release a few times now and I'm beginning to think its just cold feet. I mean he spent a month remastering 5.0 just because people didn't love it (I called it a filler update, but I did like it), I think the dev might be scared to release the remaster so he's just going back and rewriting and redoing scene after scene to perfection.
Just remember, this is the devs passion project, not his full time job. He already paused his pateron tell the release so we cant even say he's milking it anymore. All we can do at this point all we can do is wait...or post more AI slop and complain but I rather we didn't.
