It is a trope but not all tropes are bad, this one is certainly on purpose. I don't think MC size is the unusual bit, Ayumi likes it just fine. However, Terrace size is meant to be literally shocking (but not outside of reality), there was a whole scene dedicated to show how unusual it really is, even in that universe.

i Like the whole "dick size comparation" myself, but i can get why people doesnt like it. Maybe is too much but there could be an option to avoid mention thier sizes in dialogue. Well - The author/developer has said this game would be Netorase only, and I like to have a bit of trust in people saying that this explicitly. I think you forget that kento (mc) actually enjoys the teasing etc. It's hot to him and his girl. They're doing this together. There's no lack of respect here. There would be a lack of respect if ayumi was out doing things that majorly pushed the boundaries without consulting kentl first.

In defense of the cock size comparison in NTS topic; while in cheating or NTR - SPH can come up as a malicious tool to further antagonize the protag.
