As for whether or not Ayumi will be come a size queen, we can't possibly know at this point. Nothing in the game has suggested whether she will or won't and I'm not away of Torimiata having mentioned anything. It's a matter of dancing on the edge of what is an interesting escape into fiction versus maintaining a logical set of world rules that keep the story engaging.
