From the discord channel today View attachment 4498339
why would anyone who support the dev financially still bear with them when for even the very first occasion on the 2 week release cycle they break the promise with another delay lol

"only one day" still delayed + they say "if all goes well" which given the track record means it wont go well

atleast im not paying for this lol

What are you on about? A one day delay is more than fine. I was expecting something in the range of a few weeks. But one day is literally nothing. Basically every developer does this from time to time.
It would be fine if Tori didn't have a track record of delaying every single fucking deadline he gives.
I'm impressed with how many people still run excuses for the guy, he spent almost an entire year to release one fucking chapter lol

You're acting like this is some big professional business. It's 1 guy making a game in his downtime. Relax. He's not forcing a gun to anyone's head to pay for anything.

To be fair, and objective, we round time frames when referencing them all the time. If someone says "gimme two weeks" it is misguided to assume it will be exactly 336 hours from the moment they say that lmao. If it is released tomorrow, it is no different. However, if a few days or a week goes by and still nothing, then I will not blame any of you for complaining. For now though, be reasonable and patient. Our complaints are only meaningful if there is good reason behind our behavior.
