Hmm.. you are right, in that post it said 9th now its 11th. Kinda weird to just change it without saying anything. A quick post would have been better about that
He explained the delay in Discord before the 9th, so yes it was a last minute change, but he hasn't went radio silent for delays since the remake which shows he's trying to do better.
The reason is because he ran into issues with the Android & Mac rollout afaik, I believe the content itself was done (although I read this earlier in the week so I might be misremembering).
I'd expect it late tonight unless he ran into further issues

NO STORY PROGRESS UPDATE, this guy is a joke and a liar
0.5.32 has been released 
It has been mentioned here and I wanted to make it obvious on the preview text - it is a technical update. If you're waiting for story progression, you'll want to wait for the next update and I don't recommend subscribing just for that.
The animations and multi-platform support were highly requested and had to be worked on at some point. Took a lot of effort but it's done.
If you are a supporter, you already know - story update is coming next, in less than 2 weeks this time around! I'll confirm the date soon.
This is an experiment, if there's not enough interest in either multi-platform or animations, then I can use that information going forward and adjust development.
Animations are also not a blocker for the story updates. It could happen that I do it like this, in a bulk update after a few weeks post-release. Time will tell.
I'm still very excited about the animations and opening up the game to more platforms.

question around the swinging mentioned not sure if its actually happen as of yet now it is actual swinging where they would both each experience new partners or is it just that he shares ayumi

Yeah just a reminder everyone not every update will have substantial content, sometimes a game just needs fixes and those are more appreciated honestly. Some games on here have huge issues and are never addressed and are super unstable.

should have been addressed in his 8 month remake time period.
Without spoiling too much how that is going to work, there will be some exploration of that type of swinging depending on a few choices you make as a player.
It is, however, a sub-plot, not the main theme of the game.
A lot of these decisions have their origin from polls and feedback from fans/supporters. I'm happy with these changes and the feedback has been positive in general.
Next update will be all about new content and it's gonna be a fun one. We are getting closer to Act 2 and there will be a couple of surprises along the way.
