I like the upcoming update, especially compared to the OG!

As long as you don't expect a gangbang on this update, you will probably be fine. It sets up things nicely for what's to come and you should know by now the story isn't just sex scenes anyway.

I don't think people realize for NTS/NTR to be effective, you need a lot of build-up. You need to know and grow to care for the character and her dynamic with you for the sharing/cheating to matter. Otherwise, it's just a random person getting laid. I'm content with the current pacing and hope the dev will continue not to rush the story.

I actually wish there'd be even more depth to each character - even casual banter has sexual tones or undertones, even though the last update slowed that down as well. I hope we get to know about family, childhood dreams, future jobs, traits and characteristics that add depth to the characters, in particular, Ayumi.

Thanks for appreciating the pacing! It's rare to see this opinion and I know it's not to everyone's taste but that's exactly the vision here

I want to get to the good stuff but I also want to build the right foundation, otherwise it will feel a bit boring to me.

I'm definitely planning to dive deeper into character backgrounds as we progress but will try to balance it with h-scenes, that's half the challenge to keep things interesting. Ayumi especially has some layers that I haven't shared yet.

This game is my favorite since it was released. My only problem with this game is the bad ending thing that is killing the game for me. You can't be passive and see the active scene and before it didn't have that. Otherwise, the game is wonderful, even the scenes are crashing less with the updates.

Hey I love this game so far but I didn't get to play before the remake.... should I download the older version and play it or wait till the dev catches back up to where it left off???

I would say from this point forward the game will be sort of different from the old build. So you can think of it as two separate things. There may be certain themes that remain the same like the toga party and dressing room scene but I expect they'll be presented/play out differently than the OG version.

Because currently the update is only at the "running naked through the room" part.....which didn't show her doing it at all

I say go ahead and give the old version a try. Just be aware that CG quality was a bit poorer. Still, not that different. And the old game ends just when things were about to get a lot more interesting, so be prepared to be emotionally blue-balled if you get too invested in the story. It also had a lot of hot scenes (many of them appear in an improved manner in the remake), and the toga party itself, though a bit weird, features (in my opinion) the hottest scenes up to date, even accounting for the remake.
