Has anyone finished these two and if so, should you have something before renting the stall or can you do it after appearing?

I doubt it will be the "Final" version, my bet is they will tweak it and drop a taboo patch... these guys know their audience, not like there was any major content changes across their games.
This feels like a weird mishmash of multiple art styles trying to exist, but in the end, it looks like everyone just sort of stands out. At least make the MC AI rather than just a generic placeholder.
Different country have different system. In China, they only need 5 years of undergraduate + 3 years of master/residency = 8 years. So 26 is not something wrong. My country only need 7 years.
Why on Steam? Not on DLsite or another English provider, like Subscribestar, or itch.io? Steam bans tags. Steam doesn't even play games. A Janny reads the tags, so a Janny flips, then the game banned. Why on Earth is anybody putting adult games on Steam? It caused Patreon to get woke, where did any content come from. Steam bans everything, especially when it had bugs, and half the discussion had tags that any Janny disapproved. Did the Janny even play it. No.

Why have it on Steam? Probably because they have other stuff on Steam that have similar content that never got banned.
